Today I went in for a water pump replacement at this establishment. Although the actual replacement was done well and in a timely manner, this auto shop actually damaged my car! When I came to pick up my vehicle, I did a brief walk-around and immediately noticed new damages to the car that were absolutely not there before taking my car to this location. Among some new scratches to the front bumper, there was also a piece of my car protruding out from where it wasn't before. Without even leaving the parking lot, I went inside to speak with the owner about what happened. He was very dismissive and nonchalant about the situation, and told me that the damage was already there prior to working on the car. I felt that he was simply trying to brush me off as a young woman and assumed I wouldn't know the condition of my own vehicle prior to trusting his shop with their services. With how careless and casual his responses were, it makes sense that this place also doesn't know how to properly keep a customer's vehicle safe from neglectful damages. Absolutely terrible service from an unprofessional establishment. I'm always willing to forgive mistakes (especially for minor cosmetic damages), but the owner's mistreatment of this entire situation motivated me to write this review and share my experience. Bring your car here if you're willing to receive a vehicle with some extra damages on it once returned!

Awesome fast oil change. They fixed my AC compressor by replacing a good one for me $750 parts and labor with 1 year warranty while dealer asked for more than $2k. I'm happy with my car AC.

If I could put 0 star, I would. This store cheat people to fix stuff in your car that was nothing wrong with it. Charge very pricey and customer service is horrible. I brought cat there one for fixing the timing belt. After a week left the car at the shop and get it back. The belt was torn second day. It towed to other store and the mechanic told me it was never changed. Came back to Tung Auto Repair. They refused to refund and fix. I also heard argument for another customer there. Never bring it back there. Just glad I didn’t got myself into any accident because of their lie and pool service 😡🤬😡

I've taken all of my cars to this shop with no regrets for over a decade! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and set expectations well in terms of timing and pricing. I don't feel I've ever been overcharged, in fact, I'm happy with the savings when compared to prices some dealers try to get away with. Thank you Tung Auto!
