So disappointed with their service!!! I dropped my Truck and my Fiance's car off for an appointment at 11:30am for an alignment for both cars. Was told that the cars would both be done roughly around 3-4pm. My fiance's car was done around 3:30pm and my truck was not touched and when asked just to check. My work order was buried under others and then escalated to the front which I was ok with and told it would tank an extra 1-1.5 hr to finish. We came back around 6pm to find my truck barely on the lift and just getting started. Which I don't understand how you have an appointment at 11:30am and finishing the same time as people that walk in with no appointment. I drove away around 7pm and very disappointed when managers response of we dropped the ball finally after excuses after accuse!!! I referred so many people to this place but so hard to want to support a company that doesn't value their customers. Especially a life time member!

From start to finish, the team was incredibly efficient — they got everything done quickly without cutting any corners.
