Another great visit at Quality Tune Up! I Had my front wheel bearings and belts replaced today. The owner Jim is always so friendly and honest. Pricing is fair and Luis and Le offered me and my Subaru Outback Great service! I now live in Oakland and come back to San Jose to see them for all my care repairs. Thank you team!

Owner is nice to you when he thinks he can take advantage of you. Got an oil change for full synthetic BMW E46, they lied about changing out my cabin and oil filters cause I redid it myself and the filters were not changed and using very cheap oil that burns after about 4k miles. Do not do business with these thieves.

Stubborn and horrible customer service by the owner. I had my oil change there. Shortly after my car sounded very loud. I went back to get it checked and the gentlemen said everything looked good (this was when I figured it was a mechanical issue). The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of driving a car. We bring a car in because it is stalling at intersections. I ask for a tune up. He says no we should do a diagnostic. I leave the car there. Remember it ran fine...it just stalled at intersections. It made no noise. I get a call three hours later and he says..."you need a new motor". I drive back and …
