Another great visit at Quality Tune Up! I Had my front wheel bearings and belts replaced today. The owner Jim is always so friendly and honest. Pricing is fair and Luis and Le offered me and my Subaru Outback Great service! I now live in Oakland and come back to San Jose to see them for all my care repairs. Thank you team!

I've been coming here for several years for my car check up. The techs and owner are friendly and very helpful. Well managed and organized with excellent customer service. Highly recommended. This is my first smog check and they did a awesome job. Shout out to the manager Jim

Owner is nice to you when he thinks he can take advantage of you. Got an oil change for full synthetic BMW E46, they lied about changing out my cabin and oil filters cause I redid it myself and the filters were not changed and using very cheap oil that burns after about 4k miles. Do not do business with these thieves.

Stubborn and horrible customer service by the owner. I had my oil change there. Shortly after my car sounded very loud. I went back to get it checked and the gentlemen said everything looked good (this was when I figured it was a mechanical issue). After a few weeks of getting other opinions everyone said it looked good. I then discovered it may be the oil (my car takes synthetic). Assuming they put the wrong oil I went back. I went back to see if they can change the oil again and the owner argued with me. He kept arguing that I can't prove it is the wrong oil because I am not a chemist. He finally agreed to change my oil, but forced me to watch them change it. He had the nerve to explain to me step by step what they were doing (I guess in his eyes people don't have common sense). After finally changing the oil he told me not to come back. After a few miles my car sounded great again.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of driving a car. We bring a car in because it is stalling at intersections. I ask for a tune up. He says no we should do a diagnostic. I leave the car there. Remember it ran fine...it just stalled at intersections. It made no noise. I get a call three hours later and he says..."you need a new motor". I drive back and the hood is up. Evidently their way of doing a diagnostic is not electronic. It is lifting the valve cover off. So I get there and I ask why is the valve cover off? The guy says look at the sludge, your motor is gone. The guy gets insulted. I tell him to put the valve cover back on and we are going somewhere else. I pay the guy for "the diagnostic" and go to the car. I start it up and it sounds like a lawn mower...it is knocking and pinging so hard I can barely drive home. The motor is now ruined. I believe this is their game....they tell people they need a new motor and when you get their they have it ripped apart. The timing is off, it is pinging and knocking like its a model T. I am so pissed!!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO THERE!
