I initially visited the shop for a routine oil change, not foreseeing the costly issues that would follow due to a basic servicing error. The mechanics at AKW over-torqued the oil bolt during the procedure. This may not sound significant, but the effects were very real and quite disappointing. I wasn't aware of this until I took my car for another oil change at a different auto service center half a year later. Upon inspection, I observed that the bolt hole was indeed distorted, corroborating what I was told. The subsequent repairs were not only inconvenient but also led to additional expenses. I had to bear the cost of creating a larger hole in the oil tank and replacing the bolt. While I believe that if I had returned to AKW Auto Corporation for the second oil change, they might have corrected their mistake for free, this situation reflects a serious lapse in professionalism. A service provider in this field should not overlook such a fundamental aspect of car servicing. The impact of this experience has been such that my confidence in their services has been significantly undermined. Future customers should consider this experience when deciding whether to use AKW Auto Corporation. A lack of professionalism in auto repair is not just about poor service—it can lead to additional costs and inconveniences for the customer, which was clearly the case for me.

Reasonable prices auto repair shop. Friendly and honest owner, Kenny. Been using them for over 20 years. My BMW pair of brake rotors changed for less than $1000. Compare that to the quoted price of $2000 at the dealer.
