Had a really good experience here. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable and Honest! Prices were a few dollars cheaper than others that I called on for a quote, which I appreciate too.

They’re definitely getting away with old ratings giving them 4 stars. I called them early in the morning this past Monday 7/28 as soon as they opened; too early for them it seemed. The gentleman who picked up the phone is often at the front desk, how do I know this? Because I’ve done business with them for my past two vehicles. That morning it seemed like I had made a mistake by calling them that early. When the gentleman picked up the phone, he sounded bothered. Had me on hold for a few minutes, then when we resumed our conversation, it was obvious that he wasn’t in best customer service day. I was driving from work that morning, with a perforated tire. I asked if the had the stock tires for my vehicle, with information and all. He demanded, not asked, demanded me to provide the size of the tires. I was driving, didn’t have the information on had (my bad). He then followed up with a snarky response giving me a list of things to do, starting with “first of all…”. He essentially asked me to get the info on my tires before calling again. I know damn well that they have their system where a simple search can give the size of the stock tires. Again, I’ve taken my vehicles there before. The reason for me to call ahead was because I also know how annoyed they get when you simply show up and then they have to order tires from another site, and you end up leaving your vehicle there. I don’t think they’re good at attending customers anymore. They need to work on their manners and professionalism, as we all do if we worked with customers face to face (or by phone). I’m leaving two stars because I’ve had good experiences with them. But also bad. No longer a customer of theirs. So be warned if you plan to stop at this location for the first time.

Excellent Service at San Jose Goodyear Tire I was thrilled to discover that San Jose Goodyear Tire is open on Sundays. When I called the location, I spoke with John, the store manager, who assured me that he would provide assistance despite their busy schedule. Upon arrival, I met Mark, who was extremely helpful. I explained my issue with losing air in my tire over the past few days, and he promptly ensured me that he would take care of it. His technician expertly inspected the tire and found the culprit - a nail. Thanks to my tire warranty, the repair costs were minimal, with a co-pay of only $44. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service I received from John, Mark, and the technician. Their professionalism and expertise saved me from a potentially costly repair. *Kudos to the San Jose Goodyear Tire team!*

Peter, Mark and John all assisted me in servicing my two vehicles. They were courteous and professional in making sure everything was done efficiently and timely. Great crew with upbeat personalities.

Came in for some tires, salesperson was friendly, prices were good. Call around a few places for tires and ended up here, do not regret it. Would recommend.
