My goodness! My car started making a really bad rattling and squeaking noise by the muffler. I was worried, went into Stevens Creek Muffler. They took a look, found that I slightly scraped something and it hit the mufflers heat shield and that was bent. They bent it back into place within 5 minutes and the car stopped making the noise! They didn't even charge me anything! Excellent service, honest people willing to help out us worried folks with our car. 5 stars, highly recommend. They are amazing 😍

Where do I start? The shop went above and beyond for me. Jr and his dad are the absolute best shop in the San Jose area. Nissa is the awesome as well. From the great customer service to the unbeatable quality of service. I brought my truck to their shop on two different occasions and both times nothing but the absolute best. I’m definitely satisfied with their work. I like going somewhere where they make you feel at home and feel comfortable with leaving your vehicle in their hands.

Absolutely, hands down the best muffler shop in the Bay Area. I have many custom cars and only allow the best to do custom work. Stevens Creek Muffler is the only place to go and the price is the best you can get for the professional job they perform. They were able to do a custom zoomies exhaust on my 1962 Ford Econoline pickup/HotWheels surf wagon. He even asked for verification prior to final installation of 8 pipes to make sure it was perfect during installation. Great Job and you cannot ask for better customer service.

They are very kind and top of their service. I arrived there near the closing time. The guy who was there was telling me it was almost closing time, but I explained that I dont have any other day available. He then told me he would help me. He ended up staying extra hour to help me install the J-pipe I requested. He said he never done the J-pipe job, but he tried to figure out how I would work and tried best for me. He welded the J-pipe and made sure it was all good. I recommend this place and if there is any future muffler job I need, I will visit them again!
