Out of all the times I have tried to get help from auto services for my car, Prosperity Automotive has been the best experience for me. Despite some sudden circumstances, they welcomed me in with a friendly manner and showed an incredible level of patience and respect that I was very thankful for. James listened with a generous ear and he was always willing to go above and beyond when I had questions about anything; it was easy and quick for me to feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands. The highlight of my experience was how they valued communication and made every step of the process very clear, absolutely no shady business or low-balling. The cost of the repairs were well within reason, as well! I genuinely recommend Prosperity Automotive and they have earned another loyal customer!! :)

Have been here couple times. They’re really GOOD! Highly recommend!!! Staffs are so so nice !!! They changed the Bearings for me before like long time ago, I almost forgot, and then they checked it again today, they told me it’s broken again, they are fixing it for me without charging $. I appreciate it. They take responsibility so seriously!!! Again, highly recommend this auto repair!!
