I contacted them to fix my Tesla's onboard charger (AC charger). It appeared that it had a fuse problem. Dennis said he was busy, and i said no problem, since the DC (super charging) still worked. He said to send him a text, and he would get back to me with a quote and lead time. I sent the text, reminding him exactly what i was looking for immediately. I got NO RESPONSE and after a week I PINGED him. STILL no response. I pinged him AGAIN after 2 weeks and AGAIN after 3 weeks. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. I finally fixed the problem myself after 3 weeks of no response. Clearly they don't bother with basic human interaction and decency.

Dennis was amazing! We had a great experience working with Total Auto Tech. We had a 2025 VW here on the East Coast with lost keys. Unsure of what we were getting into, we reached out to Total Auto Tech, worked with Dennis and had an amazing experience. We sent Dennis what he needed, he did his magic and shipped it back out with next day delivery. Dennis was very responsive, professional, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. TOTAL AUTO TECH WAS ABLE TO CLONE ME A NEW ECM FROM 04 VOLVO V70 BY JUST SENDING THEM MY CEM AND KEY. THEY SAVE ARE LIFE SAVER. DENNIS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. QUICK TURN AROUND. WILL DEFINITELY REFER TO OTHER SHOPS WITH VOLVO ISSUES.

Have a 2005 Volvo XC90 that had serious electrical problems: wipers would turn on intermittently, lights would flicker/dim, brake lights stayed on. I bought a used CEM online and Total Auto Tech was able to clone my old one (which was corroded). My car fired right up with none of the electrical problems I had. Very quick turn around as well. Denis & the team definitely know literally everything about Auto electrical, and doesn't matter what kind of car and problem you have! They make it easy, super quickly fixed my computer/navigation/climate control of my Lincoln MKT 2014, even official dealership (Sunnyvale Ford) couldn't figure out what was the issue.
