0 stars to this workshop that cheat on the customer 1. They refill 'used engine oil synthetic cans' at their workshop. You guys make sure synthetic oil cans are sealed when they put engine oil in your car engine and sometimes they don't even change the oil filter.. 2. Always They force customers to change the 'sway bar' even its no need to change.. Sometimes they put the same old one after coloring at their workshop.. 3. Always There is bargaining for smog check...first, they will give you a double price.. 4. They force to customer to change brake pads even its in good condition. So don't trust them. So guys don't trust them. First, make sure.

The owner or whoever he is got some attitude. Even if you pay they act like they are doing you a favor and they don't even comeback to you. You just stand there and wait. They will find a reason to over charge you. If you are not someone who knows how much things should cost and the average price, you will be scammed don't go.

Got a oil change here for $35, the price was only for labor, I bought my own oil and filter. The mechanic here doesn’t talk and has a serious attitude problem. I told him to pour a whole bottle of oil (5qt) into the engine after he drained my oil, since my engine uses 5.3qts of oil and that’t what I normally do. He finished and wanted to close the hood immediately, without even checking the dipstick. I said “you should check the dipstick” and he goes “it was you who told me to pour a whole bottle” and he checked it unwillingly. Not professional. He even pretended he didn’t understand me when I said to him later to help me check the tire pressure. I don’t see any respect for customers from this mechanic.

Today I went in for a tire alignment and left paying 440 for a tire rod replacement and my car is still not aligned. The mechanic did his best to figure out what was wrong but to my surprise he blamed it on one tire. 4 wheel tire alignment was 125 and I was quoted 300 for a tire rod replacement and labor. I’m no mechanic but I do expect to get reimbursed for a service if the service you went in for was not completed. I wish I would of went to another shop but Sunny’s shop was the closest to my house.
