Expert advice, great staff, very helpful! “Jay” took extra time to make sure I had just the right tires for my motorhome. They were a very specialized tire and Jay took the tire to do the research and then explain it all to me. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They really treat you like you matter - and mean it! I highly recommend them.

Came into Bruce’s tire with a brake issue. I had to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor in order to stop. They told me that the brake pads were fine, but the drums were not they replaced both rear drums. I got back in the car and noticed no difference at all and now I’m down $700. I dealt with one of the front desk people and told him I worked at a nonprofit. He told me well. Maybe there’s something we can do to help. He said he could knock off the sales tax. I thought this was a nice gesture then he tells me “Oh in order to do that, you have to sign up for this credit card. Isn’t it enough to spend $700 at your shop without having to be roped into some credit card scam just for a discount? Also, the gentleman at the front told me a story right before I was paying about how somebody he knew who did not take care of their car died on the freeway. He explained to me that the person fell asleep behind the wheel, but claimed it was because they didn’t take care of the car like he’d recommended. That’s a terrible story to tell somebody right before they are paying for services just to guilt trip them. I thought this was very unprofessional. It sounds like the person may have just been sleep deprived and it might not have been their car at all. Sorry I won’t be going back.

Had to come to them for a front end alignment on my four-door long bed truck. The price is reasonable and they got it done within an hour which was great. I would definitely recommend going to them first rather than trying to go to wheel works, because first of all they have the equipment to be able to do these kind of vehicles.

Very impressed and pleased with the service here at Bruce’s Tire. The staff was courteous and handled my service on short notice and did a great job. Service writer and technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They all did a great job with my truck alignment needs when several other shops couldn’t handle the task. Very glad I found them and will be having them handle my alignment and front end maintenance in the future.
