🔧 uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Worst experience ever. Avoid this place if you value fairness and honesty. I brought my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 in for repair because the main screen completely stopped working out of nowhere. Only the cover screen was responsive. I have Samsung Care+ and was specifically instructed by Samsung to go to this repair center to get it fixed under warranty. When I arrived, the technician gave the phone a quick glance, didn’t run any diagnostics, and immediately claimed it wasn’t covered. He said the screen was “damaged” and that I should file a claim through Care+ instead. That’s absolutely false. The screen is visibly perfect, no cracks, no scratches, no signs of trauma. I even had three other people inspect it and none could find a single blemish. It’s clear they didn’t want to honor the warranty, likely because they make more money off Care+ claims than warranty work. With only a few weeks left on my warranty, it feels like a deliberate attempt to run out the clock and push the cost back onto the customer. Samsung customers, beware of this location. It’s disheartening to be treated like this when you’ve paid extra for peace of mind through Samsung Care+. I’ll file a complaint with Samsung and will continue escalating this.

Wow, that was some seriously speedy service! Jose was super efficient and got right to it. I especially appreciated the heads-up with the ETA text – that was really thoughtful and helpful. He even finished up in the exact time he promised, about 20 minutes! I'm definitely impressed and would recommend his services to anyone.

I broke the back of my phone and uBreakiFix came the next day after contacting them. I should add it took me less than 10 minutes to set up the appointment. Very thorough communication throughout the whole process! They arrived right on time and had my phone looking brand new within 30 minutes. My technician’s name was Jose, he was very friendly, professional, and respectful. Overall I had a perfect experience! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a repair without a hassle.

Wife cracked her screen and needed it fixed asap. Was able to have uBreakiFix come out the next day to our home. Jose was great, very clear in communication with ETA, how long to expect repair, and any other questions or concern wife had. Great customer service! Phone was fixed with less than 30 min.
