🔧 Mercedes-Benz of San Jose Service Center

Excellent service at Mercedes-Benz Capital Expressway, San Jose. After a battery replacement at the Stevens Creek location, I started hearing a strange A/C noise. They said it was normal, but it never went away. At the Capital Expressway location, the team was friendly, professional, and truly listened. Two technicians confirmed the noise wasn’t supposed to be there — and they fixed it at no charge. Special thanks to Danny and Mike for their attention and care. Highly recommend this service center!

I can't believe the level of professionalism I've experienced at this service center. My advisor is Joshua and this is my second time having a bad experience with him, My car was suppose to be ready for pick up yesterday, after a schedule 60k, plus 2 tires. Yesterday, conveniently just says he was "sick" and apparently didn't get anything started until this morning. I Called to speak to a manager or someone in charge but keep getting "they'll call you back right away" and its been 2 days now. The dealership was an AMAZING experience, unfortunately this service side has ruined it for me. Oh yeah, He also have me a loaner with low tire pressure lights on, and no gas. Maybe its just me, but if this is normal practice I'll never come back here.

My service advisor, Joshua D., was helpful and timely in fixing my car. In my previous visits, there were some issues that would pop back up but he and his team were able to get the job done. I appreciate the work and care put into my service. The staff were communicative and easy drop off/pick up. I recommend Joshua for any service needs.

I experienced excellent customer service throughout the repair process. The repairs were explained to me in great detail, and I was offered a variety of repair and payment options. From start to finish, I received regular updates, and any additional findings were promptly reported. The job was exceptionally well done. I brought my car in with damaged rims, and the photos clearly show the amazing restoration. The rims now look pristine and brand new.
