Amazing customer service! My car battery died in the parking lot so I walked in to buy a battery starter pack.... Unfortunately, the one I wanted wasn't in stock so without any hesitation the gentleman at the counter literally grabbed the stores personal battery pack, came out to my car and along with some very helpful advice he got my car started! I will most definitely be back to buy the one I want when it's in stock! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I had an excellent experience at this location. John provided outstanding customer service—he was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of auto parts. We just went into Winchester Auto. We needed blinker lights, oil filter, and break pads. The manager John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was so kind to my young children and made the experience quick and enjoyable. We will definitely be back for all of our auto needs. Thanks for doing such a great job John.

I ordered a CV axle from these guys. Install the part, throw away the box. Transmission is now leaking, go to check, the axle output seal is coming out. Part is not long enough to press fit by about 1/4 inch. Look online at the part number, see a hit on amazon and autozone. reviews say for my exact car that the part is too short. Call up to ask for a refund, but I wont get one because i don't have the box... Lesson learned. Don't trust the parts shop to source the correct part. Just buy OEM.

Usually would go here for convenient auto needs. Went in today and got the worst service with the rudest employee. Came in to get rubber blades for my car and the tatted up Vietnamese guy was full on horrible. We just wanted to know the price of the rubber for the windshield blade/ windshield arm and dude just went out and started to touch my car like he's got a sale. When we said we wanted the rubber itself, he started to yell and make us feel stupia as if we do not know what we are doing. To the point he was red in the face. I'm pretty sure the bad reviews are also because of him. It's one thing to be good at your job but it's also another thing to be rude and disrespectful to customers. Definitely never coming back again.
