I was referred by our general contractor. I called the office on Friday because our heater would not turn on. Leslie sent a technician Saturday afternoon to fit my schedule. The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat, replaced it, and verified that all was working properly. He was neat and efficient. Now we have heat again! Addendum 12-10-24: above remains true. However, I have called twice, spoken to receptionist, and sent email requesting an invoice to document the date of thermostat installation for warranty purposes. To date, I have not received an invoice. This fact leaves me unable to recommend the company.

A second HVAC company has come out and states the coolant is low and needs to have several hundred dollars to recharge the unit. Most likely the installers did not flush the unit completely at install. The unit is below industry standard of separation at the current temp (78) and the A/C issue will continue to degrade with air in the lines. This is an installation issue. I did not want to write this review. This company was assigned by a home warranty to replace a A/C. I was told at the time they needed to replace both the A/C and the furnance. This was less than 2 years ago and so far the furnance sounds like a rocket taking off, They sent out a tech to adjust the unit so now it just sounds like a highway next to our bedroom. It really needs a new blower unit. Now the A/C not working past 11am and by 2-3pm the interior of the house is nearly 90 degrees at the thermostat but significantly over in the rooms. The office manager is suprised at my frustration and anger. She never quiet got past the "home warranty bought the unit", to who I was supposed to call to have the work done. Now they are sending me many copies of the invoicing...which brings up the emails with how many times I had to reach out to get the original work finished. They also say they never touched the ducts even thought they replaced the entire unit including adapting the space to fit the duct work. I keep getting a different story as to why Aranda doesn't have to follow through on the work they did. I wish they would just message me about how to resolve the current issue.

Louis was super professional, knowledgeable, honest, and on time on a long weekend. They did a thorough diagnosis and fixed the AC issue in a short duration with a part on hand. They provided a reasonable quote and I am happy with their awesome service. They saved my 4th of July weekend. I would highly recommend them.

Aranda Air replaced my very old HVAC units. Louis was very responsive when Aranda was assigned by my home warranty company. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with the units, the process of replacing them and provided a reasonable quote. Aranda worked with my home warranty company to obtain the approval to replace the units and with the city to obtain the necessary permits. Louis and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were on time and very respectful of my home. The new units are more efficient and much quieter than the old ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system or needing their exiting system repaired.

Aranda Air was awesome to work with and I couldn't be happier. We just moved into our home about 9 months ago and it turns out that our AC system had a leak and was no longer blowing cold. They were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule, detect the leak and repair our AC just in time before the triple digit temperatures arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be keeping their number handy for the future and for any family and friends needing an HVAC company.
