On the day itself, the team showed up right on time, laid down protective cloths in the hallway, and made sure to keep the rest of the house clean. They took their time with the installation, paying close attention to detail and making sure everything was done right. At the end, they walked us through everything—what they did, how the new AC works, and answered all our questions patiently. The technicians were professional, respectful, and never rushed us. They didn’t push for immediate payment either, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Fuse and will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

When I contacted Fuse, we were in the middle of the first hot weeks of summer and I expected to be scheduled out a week or so. To my surprise they were able to.come out the same day. Alec arrived early. Yes, early. So great that he was here on the same day and early. He wasted no time and was quick with the diagnosis and repair. The.cost was minor and we were back up and running within an hour of his arrival. Excellent work by the team at Fuse.

Great experience with the team from Fuse Service! I had my old tired furnace replaced with a four zone ductless mini split. The initial estimate was completed two weeks ago, and the project coordinator showed up Monday. By Wednesday the install started, and I was getting nice cool air by mid-day Friday. Vlad and the team did a great job explaining what they were doing, cleaning up each day as they finished. The end result looks like it came with the house, and works great. I would recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your HVAC to a heat pump.

We had a very good experience with the plumber Derek and his coworker Alexander. They came on time, worked through lunchtime in order to finish on time. It looks great! We are very happy with Fuse.

I was very impressed with using FUSE for not only assessing our electrical work, but also for plumbing. Mario came on site and was very efficient at installing our new water heater. Moreover, he was very responsive and astute in helping us replace our bathroom water. Drain was connected from the upstairs bathroom down to the shared wall of the garage and family room. Apparently, our tenants mom had run through our garage door, ran into the washer, dryer, and water heater crashed into the shared family room, and garage wall, totaled her car, And then hit the bathroom water drain, which resulted in sewage spilling all over the family room. His repair of the water drain involved, moving the impacted plywood, which he had to come back with crafty skills to carve around for the structure repair needed afterwards. Mario was very responsive to all background information and completed the task to the end. He was easy to work with and very detail oriented. he also took the time to explain what was needed, as well as do the job thoroughly. In addition to helping us replace the water heater and the bathroom drain pipe, even came back a third time to help us replace the washer, dryer, water valves, which were impacted by the accident. We are very happy with his excellent skills and support to help us during this unique incident, until resolution. He was patient each time and eager to figure out how to most efficiently help us.
