Our water heater went down and I called Water Heater Specialists in South Bay. Ernesto arrived within an hour. After analyzing the issue he presented the options. I decided to have the 11 year old water heater replaced. Ernesto had the replacement and all required parts in his van. A few hours later we were back in the hot water business. Great job! From beginning to end our service was awesome. Called the number listed on the sticker and someone answered and scheduled a technician to come out within a couple hours. Richard showed up and was friendly, professional, and explained everything. He answered our questions, and worked diligently to get our water heater working. Richard also shared some tips on when we travel and how to maintain the unit for longevity! All in all a wonderful experience. Ernesto arrived on time and prepared to repair our water heater, however it was an old water heater and we were already thinking about replacing it. Luckily, he had EVERYTHING with him to do either option, so we choose to replace! The new water heater is much more modern, and Ernesto did an amazing job. He was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient.
