This place is great. They have always went out of their way to help me get anything I need. I have been going to the store for years and have dealt with many of their employees and they all have been very helpful and knowledgeable..

I recently visited this store and felt disappointed after traveling a long distance. Unfortunately, it seems that they cater exclusively to HVAC certified or electrical certified professionals, and they do not serve the general public. Moreover, they were unwilling to provide information about the availability of specific parts you may be looking for, To save yourself time and effort, it may be advisable to explore alternative options. Best of luck in finding a more suitable store that would serve general public.

not even worth to give a one star. From the moment I walked in to the store I never heard from anyone said hi or hello from either one of the employees at the service desk. I was the only customer at that time and they were just staring at me to give me a sign that asking me what do you want without Speaking. Very rude when they take order, very rude and short explanation when I asked about the product and very rude when I pay. I hear not a word like bye or thanks when I leave. It makes me feel I came to wrong place. It's same rude when I visited second time couple days later. Actually,it they were showing more unwelcome sign .Never wanted go back to that store again.

They're trying to charge me again for equipment I paid for two years ago and won't return my calls to dispute charges. Terrible experience.

I had a terrible experience with the older gentlemen that helped me out. He was arrogant, unknowledgeable and just wanted to make a sale. From the moment I walked in he had a attitude that isn't acceptable for customer service. It's really a shame that people are doing business this way. Based off my experience i would NOT recommend this store.
