Victoria and mechanics went above and beyond. My daughter drove from Texas to California On a camping/ overland Trip in a 1996 Jeep Cherokee sport with a lift. Yes drove it through several states and made it to Milpitas area. The Jeep had starting problem Even though the previous mechanic said everything was fine. On a Friday morning pressing my luck Knowing most mechanic shops are slammed. I called several places. And luckily I eventually reached out to Victoria And Klean Ridez ... I explained to her our situation And the dilemma was in knowing that we're so far away. She Said she will help to bring it in. And we did Friday morning. They figured out what was wrong The starter I had recently replaced, was faulty, And they also noticed the water pump was leaking. Knowing this was on a road trip She, Victoria really took care of my daughter's Jeep. So that way she could get back. They did this work For my daughter The same day. As a father this truly means a lot because I was not there. Thank you so much Victoria and your mechanics I highly recommend them being your number one mechanic shop if you're nearby.the water

I've been taking my 4Runner to the team here at Klean Ridez for the past couple of years for everything from mods to basic maintenance and they have never missed once. They're extremely knowledgeable on what the rig needs and when it needs it. On top of that, they're always able to fit me in with my busy schedule and get me back on the road in no time. They've kept my rig running like brand new at 105K, and they've given me the confidence I can take this thing to 500K. Best shop in the Bay Area hands down.

I just want to say thank you to the team from Klean rides for helping me with my Tacoma build. I only came in for a new leaf pack due to having a heavy load from a camper shell that I had on but I left with an amazing experience after Tin gave me confidence to purchase tires for my TE37s and run 35s for the first time. He showed me around with different setup builds in the shop to help me pick out tire sizes and ensured that installing them I wouldn’t have issues with rubbing. I also had the car stay overnight and he said “no problem” and gave me a loaner car for next day until my car was finished. He was super helpful for making it a smooth experience with the work that was being done to my car. Thanks Tim and to the team over there!
