🔧 Blossom Valley Collision

I scheduled an appointment through AAA Insurance and received confirmation to bring in my car. When I arrived at Blossom Valley Collision, they told me they don’t work on Teslas — even though the appointment was confirmed. They said it was a mistake on the insurance company’s end. This was frustrating and a waste of time. If they don’t service Teslas, that information should be clearly communicated beforehand or blocked during the scheduling process. I expected better coordination between the shop and AAA

Staff are very professional, quick with the repairs, and repairs made my vehicle look brand new. Highly recommended!

Very bad customer attention, I took my car with my insurance and if you don’t make the repairs with them they let your car disassembled at your responsibility, they treated bad my tow driver that has nothing to do with this, he is just a worker. They push you to repair with them telling that they ordered the parts which is a lie to push you. I don’t recommend them at all.

Terrible quality work. They left sanding scratches in my bumper, overspray and tape lines in the paint, and now it’s bubbling and they would only fix the sanding scratches! Not even worth my time. They apparently lost their status as a preferred shop for CSAA, and now I know why.

After getting rear ended on a Thursday, I was recommended by AAA and AAA was able to get me an appointment for the inspection the very next morning. I went back on Monday to take it in once the parts came in, the car was ready to be picked up by Friday (exactly a week after the inspection) The whole process was very seamless between AAA, Blossom Valley Collision and Enterprise (the rental car that was provided) Enterprise came over to pick me up at Blossom Valley Collision and I was able to leave the rental car with Blossom Valley once my car was ready for pickup since I was told that Blossom Valley Collision would take the rental car back for me. I was very pleased to find out that the car was washed/cleaned inside/out.
