The team diagnosed it quickly and replaced the part and then went above and beyond by comping the full cost, including labor, since the original replacement had failed. I had my Mercedes brake job done here. Shop owner was super helpful and friendly, informed me the pulsating brake issue was with my front brake rotors only, and there was no need to replace the rear brake rotors. Mercedes dealership on Stevens Creek was not so honest and charged a lot more. The brake job held up great! Car brakes like new again. Thank you!
