I was a victim of hit-and-run and my Model Y had some damage on my front bumper. Unfortunately the opponent’s insurance company was the notorious Anchor General Insurance. They gave me the estimate but refused to pay just a few days before my tesla appointment. I was very concerned about this situation and shared this with the tesla repair center. Luckily, Dena understood my complicated and stressful situation and helped me out to resolve the issue. She diagnosed the damage quickly and repaired it in a really short time. Dena handled my case professionally and also explained me the details of my damage, what kind of damage can happen in similar situations and how the repair went through. The process was smooth and perfect.

Chose them despite being 2.5 hours away. If you’ve ever taken a door completely apart, they never seem to go back together quite right. I’ve even had issues with Tesla service in that regard. A local shop would likely be learning at my expense. Tesla collision nailed it. Not only is the door solid, no rattle, no loose clips, but somehow the panel gap is better lol. Paint, clear coat, color all look factory. I got a peek in the back and it’s massive, like a factory. They’re working on many, many dozens of cars simultaneously. It’s huge, racks of bumpers in every color, ect. Another great thing is you get the normal Tesla service benefits, touch less pickup, app scheduling and updates. Not the fastest but I needed more parts and approval half way through. I wouldn’t expect them to be compared to a small shop hungry for work. YMMV, but 5/5 for me.

Great service! The rental service is at a great price. Had my car repaired fast and they cleaned it nicely, and also worked with the other parties insurance (for the repair costs, rental was billed separately).

Tyland was attentive and made sure everything stayed on track, while Bobbi kept me informed throughout the repair process and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Bobbi made the transaction between me and my insurance company incredibly easy, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She also worked with me to help stay within my budget without compromising the quality of the repairs. That kind of support and understanding is rare, and it made a big difference. The repairs were completed on time and my Tesla looked flawless — like it had never been in an accident. I’m so grateful for the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service. DONT COME. This body shop’s pricing is nothing short of extortion! While other Tesla-certified repair shops quoted around $8,000, they shamelessly demanded $13,000 for the same repair. For this level of damage, their price is absurdly inflated—so much so that most insurance companies would refuse to cover it. This is outright price gouging, and they clearly take advantage of their customers. To make matters worse, their communication with insurance companies is utterly negligent. Instead of handling the process professionally, they dump all the responsibility onto the customer, forcing them to deal with the insurance company themselves. This level of incompetence and irresponsibility is absolutely infuriating! Their entire process is a mess, designed to trap customers. When booking an appointment, you are forced to drop off your car immediately, or else you have to wait another three months—while other body shops offer a simple visual inspection first. The worst part? If you decide to take your car elsewhere for repairs, they force you to call a tow truck, even when the car is completely drivable. On top of that, they slap you with an outrageously high storage fee—an obvious cash grab! This shop is a overpriced, unprofessional, and outright predatory.
