He's an honest mechanic who is very reasonable priced. Sometimes you need to bring your own parts which can be purchased at any car parts store (and much cheaper then when a mechanic sells you the parts, so it's a good thing). I went here a while ago, to check on my brakes that a dishonest mechanic from another city said needed to be repaired and the brakepads replaced. AJ said the brake pads were still half full and the other car problems with the brakes and some other problems(I forget what they were) didn't exist. I will go here when I have a real car problem, he was very skilled at replacing my burnt out lights on my 2014 Jetta SE.

Simply the best. They know their trade. They fix your automobile right the first time..Whether you bring your own parts or they get it for you, there prices are affordably. I have been taking my automobile there since 2020 or thereabouts and pleased with them The care and courtesy and professionalism I get are second to none. I strongly recommend them to you . I’ve been living in Jacksonville for six years now and I’ve been going to AJ for a few years and it was before his wife became his assistant and ever since he had her in his shop it’s been one bad experience after the next AJ was always respectful. He always worked with you financially he’s good at what he does very compassionate man. Then his wife comes along and not sure what happened but very, very bad experiences. I had an appointment I called beforehand. She quoted me a price. I drove up to the shop. She was not there. He was alone. He took a look at my car said because of the engine size he will charge me 300. Nothing more nothing less I said OK perfect I get there. She said I quoted you 320 I said OK but he also quoted me 300 so she was going back-and-forth with me finally she said OK 300 as I was leaving she insinuated that she had trouble with me before that I was short $20 last time I was there. I told her since you’ve been here I have not brought my car to AJ for anything so you have me mixed up with someone so by that comment I already knew what type of person she is so I simply said I am not gonna allow him to work on my car. Is a shame because he is very polite and very good at what he does but he wants to let his wife run the show and it costed him a client which might matter might not I’m just stating my experience

I have been to a good few mechanics and by far this is the best mechanic I have come across, fair and honest and the best thing is he is very well priced, I have brought him 4 different cars now and have not had any problems with repairs he has made, I am now a forever customer of his shop.

AJ is an humble, patient, and very skilled mechanic. Both him and his wife were very very accommodating despite busy schedules and unknown problems. He made us feel good about the work being done to our car and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Both me and my wife appreciate the work does and the way he treats all his clients.
