Best customer service! Took my m440i for an installation on a full valved exhaust but unfortunately the manufacturer/shop I bought it from sent loose clamps at which my exhaust didn’t work. They didn’t risk to force anything but were very honest and descriptive with what the problem was. I was kind of scared I’d get charged for the service even though I came all the way from Union City and ended up coming home with no exhaust😂 but they didn’t charge anything at all! David was a great help and I’ll definitely be coming back for more future services.

I’ve just had the power package (pcu stage 2) installed, and it’s just amazing; there is no other word, and the fact that it’s warrantied and developed by Steve Dinan is just amazing; after reading about him, this was and is the only option for performance parts regarding bmw. I worked with two people, ray and ani. They are both just unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly; ray gave me his personal number and offered access to him anytime I had a question. I was on the fence, but after speaking with him, I felt at ease. He is truly awesome, and I can’t begin to thank him enough. After speaking with him, I had a few more questions, and that’s how I met ani; he broke down the pcu stage 2 in a granular way; he must have answered 50 questions and stayed on the phone with me for 30 plus minutes; following the installation, I was able to contact Ani, and he graciously walked me through the setup; he is truly cerebral when it comes to software. Both ray and ani are so incredibly nice and thoughtful when it comes to explaining the software and allaying customer concerns bc it’s a big move, taking a performance car and modifying it; the car was a big investment for me. I had such a weird wiring problem with my BMW that would cause my car to get jammed while driving, leading the car come to a complete stop. Any mechanic I called had no idea how to help me, NOT EVEN THE BMW DEALERSHIP. As soon as we contacted Car Bahm, David helped us right away. David and his team very very quick in finding the problem and fixing it right away. I was truly relieved my car wasn’t a total loss and really appreciated David’s honesty. I recently had a number of services performed by Carbahn and couldn’t be more pleased by the work. It included new wheels and tires, several suspension components, and their new titanium exhaust. The service was great, their BMW parts top notch, and the professionalism of the entire staff really made an impression. Needless to say, I’ll be back.

They installed pure500 turbo on my bmw f30 335i. They were professional, very knowledgeable and did a great job. Even found other things that were out of order. My car is running great, thank you for your service. Definitely will be back.
