To be fair they're very nice people , they replaced a engine mount that failed within days, and a thermostat that started leaking shortly after , I let them replace the engine mount but took the car else where for repair of the thermostat.. both services had failed parts so I won't fully blame them (3 star instead of 1) but they need better suppliers, parts shouldn't be failing like that, they also asked me to sign a release about the car overheating after the initial service which was very very strange (should have been a huge red flag). So this review is less about the work and more about the source for their parts.

Been going to Juan at JC Customs for over 5 years now. Excellent car technicians work there. Quality repairs usually done in a day.

If I still lived in SJ this would be my mechanic. This place was fast and knew their stuff. Didn't mess around. Honest and hard working guys. Thanks for taking care of us. Luna

Juan never disappoints and has always came through. He’s honest and gets the job done. Have only taken mine and family cars to JC Customs. I always tell people, it’s hard to find a good dentist, doctor, and mechanic. Definitely 💯 professional work.

Juan is knowledgeable in his craft. Great customer service and is transparent through the process. Beats the price of any competitor that provides a high quality service/ job.
