1/514 yrs ago, got my EPA universal card from San Jose City College. Came here to buy vacuum pump, manifold guages, hvac tools, etc, but been told that they do not sell to anyone w/out a contractor license. Went to harbor freight and RE Micahel, Walmart (r134a) to get what i need to start off as a hobby for appliances and cars.
