Update! 8/1/2025 Jose and his crew rebuilt the motor on my Subaru and it runs so dam smooth now! Thanks guys! 2020 first review First time here today and the reason I came here was because the positive reviews. I told them that I may need brakes and they called me when they were working on the car and told me that I could wait another 5,000 miles to replace the brakes. I love the honesty and that's why I'll bring my car back to these guys!

This is the place to go if you have a Subaru! I could not recommend 5 J's enough. Jose has been incredibly helpful and amazing with my car. My dealer was quoting me $8k to replace a bunch of parts that didn't need replacing. Jose was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. They were able to fix my car for $2k and have been so helpful in answering questions along the way as I have them. If you're like me and don't know enough about cars or who to trust - these are your people to go! I can't recommend them enough

I bought a 2013 WRX that had been sitting for 2 years. I brought it over to 5J’s because of the reviews citing Jose’s honesty and their skilled mechanics. Jose asked me what I wanted done and I provided a large list of maintenance. Along the way he found other issues with the car but it was never a high pressure service upsell. His team were quick to diagnose and suggest fixes. Always kept me in the loop for estimates and current bill. There were no hidden charges. I finally took the car home the other day and quite happy with the work they did. I will be returning for more maintenance.

I’m on a road-trip from Ohio. On Friday my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Went to Autozone and the scan showed CVT solenoid issue. Called 5J and spoke to Jose. He said I could bring the car in immediately. The next morning they did a diagnostic and found out it really was the solenoid. Fortunately parts were at dealer stock so they got it done the same day. They stayed open passed closing so I could pick up my Outback. Was worried my road-trip was gonna be cut short but 5J took care of me. Price was really reasonable and I’m super stoked!
