Mark, Long and Nick are amazing! I will only come to this Wheel Works! Mainly because they treat women with respect!!! This is a huge deal for me! But also for their skills, communication and speed! Love these guys!!!!

Went in on a Saturday to get a flat repair. The wait was 3-4 hours. I was told to make an appointment and they could get it done much faster. So I made an appointment for Sunday morning. I arrived on time and they again told me 3-4 hours. What a joke! Why bother making an appointment? Very poor service. Do not recommend! I went down the street to Pep Boys and they had it done in an hour without an appointment.

I come to this location to get regular maintenance, oil changes and such. I have also gotten tires and alignment too. I find it is best to make an appointment ahead of time, if I can. Long has helped me on multiple occasions and is informative and communicative, I appreciate being kept informed.

6/20/2025 I wish I could give them a 0 star. (Change from 5 star to 1 star) I made a reservation yesterday for alignment for my 2 cars. I was considering to have them replace batteries for both cars.The rep told me to bring them in at 10:00am. While at the store, the clerk told me that each car will take 3-4 hours because there are many cars ahead of me. And he was trying to sell 4 tires for my Toyota and 2 tires for my Honda. I decided. At 11:50am, the clerk called me trying to sell me 2 tires again before he had found the same brand for my Honda tires. I declined again and went back to wheel works store at 12:20. My car was still sitting in the parking lot. I requested them to work on my Toyota. The job started at 12:30. Only one car was fixed today at 1:50pm. I will need to schedule another appointment at other store. I think they deserve a better rating. 1. The clerk remained polite after I yelled at him. 2. They spent 75 minutes on the alignment with no income today. ========= Got an oil change at $24.99 (with a 50% off coupon). I have a life time alignment. Without a reservation, the job was done in 4 hours. The good thing is there is no hard selling. They just told me it is recommended that I get 4 new tires, watch my oil pan leakage and battery is near end of life.

bought 2 tires without installation and product was good. Mark was helpful. 4 stars because its cash only for carry out so i had make a trip to the ATM
