I went to have my battery and charging system tested and Josie took care of me. She knew a lot about the battery/alternator system and what steps I needed to take next to figure out the problem.

Had an awful experience here. I called aheaed to get some engine degreaser and after being dismissive on the phone they told me they had the brand I was looking for. When I arrived there not only did they not have it but the old man at the counter made suggestive comments to my daughter. Just disgusting.

My car battery was on the verge of dying so I dropped by early in the morning to get a replacement battery after checking that the one I wanted was available on their website. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They came to the parking lot to confirm the battery size for my car before I purchased it, and then helped install the battery in my car right away. Overall excellent customer service!

Came here for a new battery and can't recommend them highly enough. I called ahead to check if they had the kind I needed. They were able to look it up based on my car's year, make, and model, and had it in stock. I received a credit for trading in my old battery, and found it reasonably priced - a little over ~$100 for a one-year warranty, with free replacement at any of the chain's stores if it goes out before then. This was comparable to a couple of other stores nearby. Additionally, Danny, one of the employees, offered to help switch out the battery for me. He was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.
