Very Disappointed with the Installation and Service :( I had a sound system installed here and was really disappointed with the results. The speaker crossovers were hot-glued onto my door panels, and over time, the glue failed, causing them to fall off and create rattling noises. On top of that, the door panels were left loose and not reinstalled properly. They also used cheap battery terminals for the 0-gauge wiring, which is not acceptable for a quality install—especially considering they charged $600 for labor alone. Even though I was originally quoted $600 for the entire job, I wasn’t able to pick up the car myself and sent my brother instead. When he arrived, they tried to charge him $800 with no clear explanation for the extra cost. I feel like I was taken advantage of. To make matters worse, I’m also missing the speaker pods that were included with the components but weren’t used for my tweeters during the install. Overall, the workmanship felt rushed, unprofessional, and dishonest. I can’t recommend this shop from my experience.

Owner John and the Team are amazing. I am not at all from the West Coast or a car guy, but they made me feel welcome and kept me updated through the whole process. I had a few led lights installed and am still loving every moment of it. They even helped hide the wires for the dashcam I installed, such great people. I again truly love everything and huge shout out to Nikos for supporting my requests and great follow through. I actually setting up my next visit now. See yall again soon.

My 7th dashcam installed here. There is a good reason why I drove all the way from Fremont and referred a dozen of friends to XtremeHID John always takes care of his customers. Come try yourself! On the side note, Costco is just minutes away from the store walking. Perfect place to kill some time 😂

Fast response via phone and Yelp 2. Reasonable installation and labor prices 3. On-site HID demonstration 4. They install on any cars and have knowledge on German cars such as how to prevent flicks or computer warnings. Overall, highly recommend!
