Let’s be honest, nobody wants to work on a 20+ year old truck, however, Austin walked me through every step of the process including taking me through the shop to my vehicle, and addressing the issue at hand (I came in for an oil change). Needless to say, this experience was no less than delightful, painless, and worth my while; I would trust Austin with my stepkids (given the opportunity ;). A well deserved 5 stars!

Huge shoutout to Jacob for going above and beyond for us! He made the entire process of getting a new battery and new tires quick, smooth, and stress-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommend Jacob if you want the job done right the first time!

I had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Apex Tire. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain my options clearly, never tried to upsell me, and made sure I got the right tires for my needs and budget. The service was fast, efficient, and done with care. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and customer-focused in the auto service world, but Charlie absolutely fits that bill. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to friends and family!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I give them TEN stars! This used to be Famous Automotive, which was great! And these guys are even better! Charlie Dison did a solid when he sold his business to these folks! As a single woman, I can't tell you how much I HATE having to take my car in for service; I have always been treated like a stupid woman and the sales guy ALWAYS tries to sell me stuff I don't need and/or finds other "issues" unrelated to the reason I came in to up the repair costs!!! NOT Apex! They were SO polite, courteous and thoughtful! I am disabled and the day I came in (I believe it was the owner's daughter) came out and helped me in. Service was quick and my problem was fixed - at NO CHARGE! There may be an issue down the road with my axel, but the quote for repair was reasonable and I was told I may not need it!!!! What automotive place is going to tell you that!!!! Anyway, I was a huge fan of Famous Automotive and am a lifelong customer to Apex now and I will always contact them first for any car issues that come up in the future for their advice. Ladies.... if you have ever been shafted by auto repair shops in the past, as I have been, you should rest assure, this place is AWESOME and you should check them out ....

My husband and I have been going to a different big name establishment for many years. I needed new tires, and I got a little coupon thing in the mail for Apex so I decided to do some research and compare prices for tires. It turned out that their prices were much more reasonable. I knew there were also other minor issues with my car, so I asked for a full inspection. Their breakdown of the inspection was sent to me with full detail and pictures of everything they found during the inspection. I was extremely impressed by that. I’m not sure if that’s the norm now, but I’ve never experienced that at other places. I loved being able to see what exactly was inspected and had visual aids to build off of. My car was promptly worked on after discussing the plan, communication was top tier, which is always appreciated in any situation, and I got it back by the end of their work day. My experience from the initial booking to walking out the door after picking up my keys was smooth and I felt comfortable and safe driving away in my car. A super special thank you goes out to Charlie and Jacob! I’ll continue to take my car here, because I know the work done is honest and thorough.
