I went to Muffler city because my car was running hot. Scott (who is the nicest guy in the world) solved my problem for a reasonable price. For now on Muffler city will do all the work on my car. Thanks Scott

Tami at the front desk is super sweet! I came in very distressed because I had ran over a sewage cover sticking out which damaged underneath my car which destroyed my exhaust pipe & had to get a whole new catalytic converter. They have a very fair price and very professional. As a woman, I’ve seen places that would squeeze every single penny out of our pockets. Although, I live 20 minutes away from here, I would drive that 20 minutes again just to get any car work done. I’d definitely recommend my friends & family members to come here to get their car work done! Thank you guys!

Poor service , a they Would never call an update me on my vehicle . I paid about &1750 for headers install a run a new exhaust . My headers are leaking an they didn’t even put the screws in my exhaust connector. Sorry as hell.

The reality is these days when people read reviews they rarely spend any time on the positive and usually tend to focus on the negative, it's just one of those quirks of human nature where we gravitate towards the bad and the ugly because good just seems normal or boring. But, in my experience finding good quality honest professionals is becoming less and less common. Which is why dealing with Mike and the staff of Muffler city was an absolute pleasure. They do quality work at fair prices and they're willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. An art that seems to have been lost in business these days. So, with all that said I highly recommend trusting any and all of your muffler and exhaust needs to the gentleman here. They're professional, honest, courteous and proficient. Which is why as someone who rarely leaves reviews felt compelled to go out of my way to sing their praises. 5 stars all around!
