My first time coming to Discount Tire. I was very impressed with their service. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you for your help, Cesare, David, Isaac.

Honest folks. Had a slow leak on one of my tires. They got me fixed in short order and didn't try to up sell. I fully expected someone telling me I'll have to replace tires, instead leak was fixed for free. I'll be back when I need to get new tires!!

If you need tires go see Spencer. I stopped in, got a quote on 2 tires. They didn't have them in stock so I told them to go ahead and get them in and call me. Made the appointment and was back on the road about 45 minutes after I got there. No hassle sale, great service, happy customer. This is the level of service and professionalism I'd love to see everywhere.

I make a point to post when exceptional products or services occur. I was NOT expecting anything special when I needed new tires. I mean tires are a necessity and I don’t usually get too excited. HOWEVER I am still speechless after my experience with KYLE at the San Jose location. Tires installed and out the door in under an hour. No joke! I was dropping my car off at 5 only expecting to leave it overnight and pick it up the next day. Without hesitation Kyle convinced me he could have the job done by 6. Not wanting to keep anyone late I was hesitant. He was accommodating, polite, professional, pleasant and friendly. The office is impeccable and to a man everyone was professional and seemed happy to be there. A breath of fresh air. Service is alive and well at Discount tire. Customer for life!!!

From the time I called because I blew a tire. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and willing to find in my budget. He informed me all about my tire and if they could install my spare. Yet I didn’t know it was original to the car (17years old) informed me they wouldn’t be able to use it. it appeared I needed two tires not just the one… Jake was amazing!! He found everything I needed and stressed the safety of my and my family getting home. He was able to find what I needed within my budget & me and my family are extremely grateful!!!! 100000/10.
