PEP BOYS, has an amazing team. I really appreciate the time the team took to repair my car. I ❤️ the quality of teamwork.

Plus sides, they do quality work and are thorough in brake inspections, only recommending what's needed. Opportunities for improvement are speed of service and communication. It shouldn't take hours to tell me what we're going to do and how much, and there's no point in appointments or bringing it in first thing if I'm still picking it up at store close. Unfortunately, I can't fully recommend this place for investigating "check engine light" problems as I did spend a total of $900 and two whole days shotgunning parts and services trying to solve a problem, only to learn much later on my own that the problem was electrical, and replacing the battery stopped the problem immediately. Anyways pricing for brake services are decently competitive for the area, so no complaints there. Can't speak to tires as I didn't get tires here, but if they're good at brakes, they're good at tires. Only reason I won't be going back is I'm starting over with a new car and I'm just going to take it to the dealer for everything going forward.

I had an amazing experience at my local Pep Boys, and I have to give special recognition to the manager, Neo, and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so friendly, professional, and clearly hardworking. You could really feel the sense of teamwork. While I was outside on a work call near the building, I noticed something that really stood out…Neo, the manager, was hands-on helping a fellow team member put my tires on. That kind of leadership and dedication says everything you need to know about this place. They were doing whatever it took to keep things moving smoothly. Even though I drive a Lexus, I would much rather bring it here than anywhere else. This Pep Boys treated me like family, and I left feeling truly valued as a customer. While waiting, I overheard staff answering phones, and every single time, I heard the same warm greeting: “Thank you for choosing Pep Boys.” It’s clear they care about every single customer that walks through the door. Highly recommend this location! Thank you, Neo and team, for setting the standard. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.

I had a oil leakage in car today As I was out. I had to quickly stop by one of auto shop near by and found Pep Boy in San jose blvd, Neo who was store manager, very nice and humble and very knowledgeable person. He quickly gave me a diagnose of issues and explained things in detail and gave me honest cost. I would highly recommend this place and to see him! He went out of his way to make sure i am comfortable!!

RJ had a lot to juggle on his own up front, but did so gracefully. He was so sweet and wanted to do whatever he could to help me after I got a flat tire and it was inflated again to drive there. He put my donut on, because I wasn’t going to be able to get my tire replaced that day. Sadly, I didn’t even think of that as an option. He showed how he cares about customers. He took pictures to show me more details about what happened inside my tire. He also showed me in person. I watched him with other customers too and they seemed to be pleased with his customer service as well. He was also in the process of hiring people, so that will definitely help the experience, because other than a wait, I can’t complain. Thank you so much for being so kind on the phone and in person!
