This is the third time we’ve used Gerber Collision, and once again, they were absolutely excellent! My daughter was in a minor fender bender, and her Toyota Corolla needed front-end repairs. From start to finish, the team at Gerber and USAA made the process smooth and stress-free. In our previous experiences, we worked with Curtis, who was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly—he even told me when a repair on my son’s car could wait, which I really appreciated. His honesty and knowledge made a big impression. This time, we worked with Wendy, and she was fantastic, too! She kept us well-informed with regular updates, explained everything in detail when I picked up the car, and handled all communication with the insurance company. Her customer service was top-notch—she’s knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Gerber Collision has consistently provided high-quality repairs, excellent customer service, and trustworthy advice. I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

We had a little fender bender on the front of our car that we needed to get fixed out of pocket. The staff was very easy going and able to get me a quote the same day after scheduling an appointment online. Being down the street it was super easy to just drop off the car and walk to the office while they worked on it. They even got a kick out of seeing our dog Bruce and welcomed him into the office as well. Hopefully dont have to come back again any time soon but 10/10 would return if I had to

Worst collision shop to go to, they take forever and ever. And it's always an excuse or somebody else's fault. Always took over 3 months to get one door and a panel fixed. Because supposedly they sent a bad door the first time. The second time another door came in and was damaged but miraculously another door showed up 3 days late. They called to have us bring it in and was told The guy was going on vacation and he can get it done over the weekend ??? So he can do it in 3 days ??? But it took them 3.5 weeks cause we couldn't bring it in when they wanted us to??? And on top of all this, they lost my wheel lock to the wheel, the day took off and fixed thr wheel and no one knows where the wheel lock is and to top it all off. The general manager can care less about customer service. A simple question made him go crazy and hang us up the phone in my face. Good job way to go.We'll never use you.I didn't have a choice.This was an insurance claim.Otherwise I will never step foot in your shop. This will never ever happen again cause will NEVER EVER use them.

What started as an incredibly stressful and unexpected situation—being told my car was totaled—turned into a positive experience thanks to Wendy’s compassion, expertise, and support.
